Summary

The role involves facilitating workshops, process mapping, and designing future-state solutions, not configuration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying gaps and pain points in the OTC processes and shaping recommendations for implementation planning.

Responsibilities:

Plan and facilitate OTC discovery and fit-to-template workshops with site and regional stakeholders
Produce as-is OTC process maps including order management, pricing/conditions, ATP/delivery, shipping, billing, credit, returns, and intercompany processes
Document gaps between existing Global Template and regional/site requirements; capture pain points, workarounds, and master data issues
Co-own the Commercial Flows & Logistics Pattern Map, coordinating with the EWM workstream
Define to-be OTC process recommendations and value-lever inputs supporting the Global Template business case
Contribute OTC content to phase deliverables and readouts
Partner with PMO lead, change management, and other workstream leads for cross-process alignment

Requirements:

Required qualifications:

Deep SAP OTC/SD functional expertise in an S/4HANA context, specific experience in OEM Manufacturing or Automotive
Demonstrated experience leading discovery, blueprint, or design-phase workshops
Strong current-state process mapping and requirements documentation skills
Able to facilitate mixed business/IT stakeholder sessions and drive consensus
Manufacturing experience with logistics-integrated OTC flows and OTC/EWM commercial-flow touchpoints
Available for two non-consecutive onsite weeks in Kentucky/Georgia

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with struggling/global SAP template remediation
Change management awareness and documentation-quality focus
