Job Details

Industry  IT Services (Cloud, Infra, AI/Analytics, ERP, CRM, Security, Digital)   

Key Responsibilities: 

Expand accounts through upselling, cross -selling, and strategic growth  programs.   
Build strong CXO/VP -level relationships across enterprise clients.   
Develop and execute go -to-market (GTM) strategies for new logos (NN)  
and existing accounts (EN) in the USA.   
Partner with delivery/solution teams to ensure client success and  
seamless execution   
Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and forums.   
Mentor and develop high -performing sales & customer success teams.   
Support Account Manager & Account Delivery Head with EE & EN  
business   
Required Background : 

Transitioned into business/sales leadership roles: BDM, Sales Director,  
VP Sales, or equivalent.   
Strong hands -on background in IT Services including Cloud,  
Infrastructure, AI/Analytics, ERP, CRM, Security, and Digital Services.   
Proven ability to manage and influence CXO/VP -level stakeholders.   
Demonstrated track record of executing GTM strategies in the USA  
market.   
Experience & Stability  12–18 years of experience in IT services.   
Job stability: Last company tenure minimum 2 years, average career  
tenure 3+ years.   
Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or  
related field.   
MBA preferred but not mandatory.
