What you'll do

As Senior Director, System Integrators for North America, you will lead the NA GSI and RSI teams, drive the SI partner engagement motion, and develop the SI strategy. You will develop, manage, and ultimately inspire your teams. You have significant experience working with GSI and RSI partners, understand SI and channel dynamics, ISV ecosystems including Salesforce, ServiceNow, MSFT, and SAP, and will use previous experiences to accelerate SI partnerships. You will work cross-functionally to develop the SI strategy in connection to the global strategy. You have a bias for action and will implement the plan to generate revenue and hit your targets. You are a teammate, problem solver, and have a tide rises all ships mentality and will help and support other team members succeed. You are a great communicator and will represent Docusign to the SI partners community. In this position, you will collaborate closely with leadership in Sales, Partner Ecosystem, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and Product to drive the strategy while aligned with our company strategy.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Alliances, Channels, or Business Development leader to join the NA channel team and make a significant impact at Docusign.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Vice President, North America Channels Leader.

Responsibility
  • Manage the Global System Integrator and Regional System Integrator teams
  • Develop and mentor team members to deepen our bench
  • Be responsible for partner management of our GSI and RSI including day to day relationship as well as resolving issues
  • Develop GSI and RSI strategy that uses our large ISV ecosystem partners
  • Create a multi-year roadmap for our largest GSI partners
  • Build joint GTM plans with each partner to achieve revenue and partner services targets
  • Implement GTM with our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Create a win-win engagement motion and plan with our internal ProServ teams
  • Deliver against quarterly revenue and demand generation targets
  • Report pipeline and forecasts for teams
  • Work closely with cross functional teams including Product, Enablement, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to help your partners succeed
  • Contributes to the overall partner ecosystem growth with best practices, ideas and strategy development
  • Travel up to 40% of the time


Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic
  • BA/BS degree
  • 15+ years of relevant experience, including people management
  • Experience in the development of GSI and RSI Partners
  • Relevant experience demonstrating discernment
  • Cross-functional experience, blending sales, marketing, product and operations, and a well-honed ability to deal with multiple, competing demands and prioritize appropriately, as well as work effectively in matrices, with multiple departments and customers

Preferred
  • Ability to grasp our Agreement Cloud vision and be able to be an active partner in mapping our strategy to deliver across ISV ecosystems
  • Strong networking and influence management skills that translate into nurturing and building win-win commitments with SI partners
  • Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and track record of delivering results
  • Proven track record in enterprise software


Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $200,000.00 - $298,350.00 base salary

Illinois: $193,500.00 - $280,575.00 base salary

Washington: $193,500.00 - $290,000.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits .
