Title: Systems Analyst Consultant
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Columbia, SC Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Scope of the Project
A state agency is seeking a Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Linux server administration and cloud server administration. This role involves working across multiple systems and network functions, with primary responsibility for managing and supporting Linux-based server environments.
Daily Duties & Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and manage all Linux server instances across the environment, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Oracle Unbreakable Linux.
Collaborate closely with infrastructure team members to ensure reliable and secure system operations.
Serve as a backup resource for other infrastructure areas such as storage and network systems.
Support automation, scripting, and configuration management tasks as needed.

Required Education
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
Equivalent experience may be substituted for formal education (minimum 3 years).
