Job Description

About the role:
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who will play a key role in supporting business initiatives through 2023. You will be responsible for supporting the design, development, testing and implementation of customizations, applications, extensions and integrations in the community portal. You will be working closely with our lead developer to support our team and business partners, and an effective collaborator for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. Responsibilities:
• Develop Salesforce functionality to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements and SLC processes.
• Responsible for configuring Salesforce components as well as developing custom functionality leveraging SF component such as Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL and non-sf components such as JavaScript, & REST and SOAP Web Services
• Responsible for the full lifecycle of the development and deployment – from idea to implementation.
• Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
• May provide consultation on complex projects and considered to be a top-level contributor/specialist.
• Review solutions and recommend improvements.
• Provide guidance on user stories, ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story,
• Collaborative project and workstream planning.

Required Qualifications and Background
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development in Apex, LWC, and experience working other integration systems.
• Demonstrates experience and understanding of the overall SDFC platform
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online,
• Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, & Flows
• Knowledge of development and deployment tools such as Visual Studio Code, GIT, & Azure DevOps.
• Able to create and maintain technical design documentation Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy
• Available and responsive to question clarifications and instructions
• Expertise in integrating Force development with modern deployment and release processes
• Supporting Salesforce Mobile on IOS and Android devices and mobile first oriented designs Desirable/bonus:
• Front-end development experience: html, css, javascript
