We are seeking a proactive and strategic Community Outreach Lead to strengthen our organization s connections within the community. This role involves driving engagement through events, partnerships, and digital outreach, while representing the organization at public gatherings. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, experience with social media, and the ability to lead initiatives that support our mission.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (Master s preferred for senior roles).
Minimum 2 5 years of experience in community engagement, partnership development, or equivalent roles within nonprofit or innovation sectors.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; adept at stakeholder outreach.
Proficiency with social media platforms, digital content creation, and analytics tools.
Experience in event coordination and volunteer/staff collaboration.
Demonstrated project management abilities: budgeting, planning, and tracking performance.
Familiarity with CRM platforms
