Position: Business Analyst
Duration: 12 months

Required/desired skills:
*) Minimum 2-4 years of experience; preferably experience in working with multiple departments/divisions
*) Microsoft office tools
*) Leads Requirements Gathering with all departments /divisions, expected to understand the final solution from the customer
*) Clearly and succinctly communicate all necessary requirements to the development team to ensure the successful completion of the project
*) Document Process (workflows) models and business flow diagrams that describe the current state and requested state to provide direction to the project team.
*) Support training and orientation for modifications or new processes
*) Manage the solution End-to-End testing cycle
*) Leads meetings with Given Departments/Divisions
