    Job Description

This role will be primarily responsible for conducting analysis to quantify and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing channels.
A secondary responsibility will be to provide support for monitoring, alerting and triaging revenue causing anomalies. The primary focus will be on owned channels (email, push notifications, in-product notifications). Looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or product analytics role at fast-paced, high-growth companies. They should be invigorated by complexity and the larger the data sets are, the more excited they are to work with them. Direct experience owning analytics for email/push/SMS/in-app channels or campaigns are a strong plus. Build addressable list for email and push channels
    Develop channel maximization metrics
    Develop channel fatigue metrics
Complete ad hoc tradeoff and impact analysis

Validation of incoming data versus agreed upon schema and use cases
Ongoing data validation (manual first, automated afterwards)
Reporting of key business metrics: % users matched, data used for X use cases, etc
Overseeing A/B experiment setup, execution and reporting across use cases
Optimize the performance of the recommendation engine from a holistic level - rather than by vertical or by placement
Support cross-functional business partners by figuring out how our recommendation system can be used to meet business objectives
Predict revenue impact from changes in pricing, underwriting, approval models, and user behavior
Work closely with engineering and data science teams to improve the technology and models that drive recommendations
Provide feedback to the product and design teams on how changes in the product impact our recommendations and give guidance on how to improve that experience
Develop hypotheses and run experiments around what recommendations drive better outcomes for our members
Support ongoing analysis and monitoring of revenue funnels across the platform
    What’s great about it:

You’ll get to solve highly analytical problems and have a direct impact on the bottom line
The role is highly cross-functional, which means you get to work with engineering, business development, product, and data science
The impact of your work will be highly visible, with the executive team as key stakeholders
Your work will help us design better products, improve user experience, and inform overall business strategy
Learn how to use Machine Learning at scale to make billions of predictions each day, with the ability to build your own models to help push the business forward
