Summary

Primary Tasks and responsibilities-
Champion AI to Key Stakeholders: Act as the primary advocate for AI initiatives, communicating the benefits and potential of AI technologies and Governance to senior leadership and other key stakeholders to secure buy-in and support.
Implement AI Platforms: Oversee the deployment and integration of AI platforms across the organization, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable for future growth.
Advise All Teams on AI: Provide expert guidance and support to various departments on how to leverage AI to solve business problems and improve processes.
Develop and Execute the AI Roadmap: Create a strategic plan for AI initiatives, outlining key projects, timelines, and milestones, and ensure its successful execution.
Implement Success Measurement Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of AI initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Implementation and Usage of Implementation and Usage of Generative AI technologies such as Microsoft Co-Pilot and lead the deployment and adoption of such technologies, ensuring they are effectively utilized to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Support business domain teams such as R&D and Marketing with AI Capabilities: Collaborate with domain teams to integrate AI technologies into products and services, enhancing their value to customers.
Drive strategic adoption of AI solutions across the enterprise.: Provide strategic leadership and direction for AI initiatives.

Summary
The AI Strategy and Implementation Lead is responsible for driving the organization's AI vision and strategy. This role will champion AI initiatives, oversee platform deployment, and guide teams in leveraging AI technologies to transform business processes and deliver measurable value.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Champion AI initiatives to key stakeholders, communicating benefits and governance to secure leadership buy-in.
Oversee deployment and integration of AI platforms, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.
Provide expert guidance to all departments on leveraging AI for process improvement and problem-solving.
Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap, including projects, timelines, and milestones.
Define and monitor success metrics (KPIs) for AI initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Lead implementation and adoption of generative AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with business domain teams (e.g., R&D, Marketing) to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.
Drive strategic adoption of AI solutions across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Business, or related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in AI strategy, implementation, and governance.
Hands-on experience with AI platforms and generative AI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and enterprise technology integration.

Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinking with ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value.
Project management and roadmap execution expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in change management and driving technology adoption at scale.
Familiarity with AI ethics, compliance, and governance frameworks.

Industry certifications in AI/ML or related technologies.
