Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development: Architect and build enterprise-grade applications using the .NET framework, C#, and SQL.
Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction for system deployments and upgrades; lead communication with peer engineers, security teams, and vendors.
Strategic Planning: Prepare and present IT strategic concepts and technical roadmaps to client decision-makers and the public.
Problem Solving: Define complex problems, collect data, and establish facts to draw valid conclusions and implement technical solutions.
Documentation: Write high-quality reports, business correspondence, and technical documentation for peers and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Engineering: Minimum 5+ years (7+ preferred) of focused hands-on experience in .NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Leadership: 2+ years (3+ preferred) of proven technical or team leadership experience.
Expertise: Ultimate proficiency with modern development IDE tools and full stack architecture.
Communication: Exceptional ability to interpret technical references and present complex information to non-technical audiences.
Security Compliance: Must strictly abide by government equipment policies, including the prohibition of using equipment outside of the United States.
