A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a < Lead Application Production Support Cloud Infrastructure >

Position type: Full-time - Contract

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Charlotte, NC or Kennesaw, GA Hybrid role

This role provides Production services critical applications with Clous Infrastructure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and services for Healthcare Payment Solutions under Merchant Services multiple Platforms.
Merchant Services Application Support streamline in agile across four critical merchant service platform. Monitor and support applications for 100% SLA meets. Production Ticket/Issue Triage. Preparing RCA - Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document. Partner with Application team, CCO, application support teams to resolve the issue. Prepare and/or review Impact Analysis based on issue analysis. Hands on experience with application support SRE workload. Write scripts to automate mundane daily BAU tasks. Willing to provide support after office hours, weekends and stay on call when business needs. Identify root cause in the code, suggest break-fix activities in the code and/or DB. Follow the release management and code deployment process to migrate the code changes.
Minimum seven years experience in the payment technology industry. Strong knowledge of Cloud technology in AWS, Azure and Heroku methodologies. Five to ten,(5-10) years of working into a production environment with Change management technology experience. Working knowledge of
Cloud Infrastructure, Google Cloud Platform
Docker, Kubernetes
Terraform, ELK
Instana, Grafana
Java, Oracle
Python, Perl
SQL/ Splunk.
Very strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work under high intense pressure, exhibiting technical troubleshooting and effective triage skills.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience with monitoring and alerting Dashboards and tools, such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Interscope.

Pay Range*: $80/hr to $85/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
