Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Scottsdale, AZ looking to add an ERP Implementation Consultant to join their team.

Responsibilities:
* Integrations: Design, develop, and test integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other enterprise systems, often using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
* Data migration: Manage the migration of data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring data quality and integrity
* Custom development: Create custom solutions, reports, and extensions using Oracle tools like BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas
* System architecture: Support technical architecture, security, and the application of development best practices
* Technical support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the HCM system
* Collaboration: Work with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications

REQUIREMENTS:
* Expertise with Oracle Fusion technical tools, including OIC, HDL, and BI Publisher
* Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and web services (SOAP/REST)
* Familiarity with Oracle's underlying HCM data model

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
