Job Details
Preferred location is around Minneapolis or Eau Claire or in California, and meet once in a month in California bay area.
3-6 Months contract to hire
We are looking for a contractor who can join the team into procurement organization.
Looking for a procurement and vendor mgmt. PM specialist who can help the team run procurement projects and operations. This includes but not limited to
- Conduct monthly stakeholder reviews.
- Provide required data and metrics such as T&E expenses, invoices without POs, for monthly operational reviews and take required action based on the metrics.
- Help cost center owners in application rationalization activities.
- Help implementing & enhance procurement tools
- Organize the data in sharepoint and share with stakeholders.
- Manage Vendor mgmt. tickets workflows, approvals, escalations
- Help team with contract negotiations and vendor mgmt.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management.
Interest in learning procurement, sourcing & vendor mgmt.
Experience in applications such as Oracle, Concur, Coupa, Jira is desired
Experience in managing teams is a plus
