In this role, you will serve as a Salesforce Solution Leader, driving end-to-end architecture, solution design, and presales support. You will guide Salesforce initiatives from concept to execution while ensuring the overall quality, scalability, and alignment of the solution with business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful, user-centric experiences. This includes defining experience concepts, understanding user goals, conducting user research, leading usability assessments, and helping shape the interactive journey. You will also act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication, proactive issue resolution, and timely delivery.
The position may also involve deploying AppExchange products, providing configuration support (fields/pages, workflows, automations, approvals), and coaching team members. A strong desire to mentor and grow talent across all levels is highly valued.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Development & Presales Leadership
- Lead efforts to sell new consulting business in collaboration with the Client’s Sales teams.
- Work closely with the Client’s Delivery Team to ensure delivery alignment during the sales cycle and smooth transition after deal closure.
- Create differentiated Salesforce offerings aligned with Salesforce’s strategic roadmap.
- Strategic Growth & Go-To-Market
- Develop innovative strategies to grow consulting services revenue.
- Drive expansion within existing customers and support acquisition of new customers in the USA and international markets.
- Build, promote, and drive sales of new Salesforce Go-To-Market (GTM) offerings.
- Alliance & Relationship Management
- Manage and mentor the Client’s Salesforce Alliance Director.
- Strengthen relationships with Salesforce industry teams to enhance the Client’s visibility, credibility, and partnership success.
- Build strong connections across Salesforce verticals — Manufacturing, Financial Services, Media, Retail, etc.
- Branding & Marketing Collaboration
- Partner with the Client’s Marketing Team to execute campaigns that elevate the Client’s Salesforce brand and generate high-quality leads.
- Reporting & Leadership Alignment
- Provide upward reporting to Client Leadership on progress, sales pipeline, and strategic goals.
- Practice Enablement & Talent Development
- Collaborate with the Client’s Salesforce Delivery Team and People Management Group on recruitment, staffing, and retention of Salesforce Practice resources.
- Support practice capability building by mentoring and guiding team members across roles.
Must-Haves :
Solutioning 5+ years salesforce architecture: 5+ years Data Cloud 5+ years Presales 5+ years Need real time Salesforce solution architecture, data cloud and pre sales experience, it MUST be updated in the projects details on resume and not on summary.
