Director of Hardware Engineering

This is an opportunity to join an established, profitable and very rapidly growing semiconductor capital equipment manufacturer. Our client has developed systems that are critical for the manufacturing of the semiconductors used in Electric Vehicles and Clean Energy Systems (solar, wind. etc.), among others. These markets are expanding exponentially and driving our client's strong growth. 

Although they’ve been in business over 20 years, the Company is still relatively small and offers the advantages of minimum bureaucracy, friendly environment and significant advancement opportunities.

Several years ago the Company had the vision to anticipate the requirements of the above markets and develop systems specifically targeting them. Customer acceptance has been exceptional. They are now in need of a Director of Hardware Engineering - someone with experience managing both the electrical and mechanical engineering of semiconductor capital equipment. 

TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION, YOU WILL HAVE:

• A minimum of 10 years in an engineering role for semiconductor capital equipment. 

• A minimum of 5 years in a management role for both electrical and mechanical engineering of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

• If you have engineering experience with automatic test and handling equipment, that will be a strong plus.
