Job Description

User Experience Designer will be part of the ATS User Experience team, working alongside UX strategists, researchers, and designers to define experiences for a wide range of employee-facing digital solutions.
This role involves partnering with stakeholders at every level of the organization and leveraging expertise to drive meaningful, human-centric experiences for the company's employees worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Lead: Using our design thinking framework, advocate and evangelize the value of human-centric, inclusive design. Serve as the voice of the employee while partnering closely with executives, product managers, and engineering leads to inspire the team to push beyond the current state experience.
Simplify: Translate complex user needs into practical design solutions that are grounded in user research and prioritize these in an always-evolving, fast-moving environment.
Visualize: Bring ideas to life and use design as a superpower to communicate and align. This will shine through strategy decks, storyboards, hi-fi mockups, and prototypes. Clearly and confidently explain rationale for design decisions to a broad audience.
Execute: Demonstrate an appetite for details and organization. Define user experience goals, priorities, and experiences that align with product timelines, coordinating multiple work streams to completion. Show a strong end-to-end design process, with confidence in balancing time and quality.
