About the Company:
Pacific Consultancy Services (PCS) is a rapidly growing US-based IT staffing and consulting firm supporting mid-market and enterprise clients across software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and other technology domains. We are expanding our business development team and seeking motivated professionals who can help us acquire new clients and staffing opportunities.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a background in US IT staffing sales. This role is remote and open to commission-based or part-time candidates. The ideal candidate has strong client acquisition skills, existing contacts, or prior success bringing in new business within the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities with direct clients, MSPs, system integrators, and staffing partners.

  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and cold calling.

  • Bring in IT job requirements and work closely with the recruiting team to deliver high-quality candidates.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including client onboarding, requirement intake, submissions, interviews, and closing deals.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and MSP program managers.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly business development targets tied to commissions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing business development, sales, or account management.

  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating staffing requirements.

  • Experience with MSP/VMS platforms and vendor management processes.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results without close supervision.

Compensation:
This position is commission-only or part-time with commission, depending on the candidate s preference. The role offers a competitive commission structure with high earning potential and recurring revenue opportunities. Compensation is performance-driven and uncapped.

Work Location:
Remote. Open to candidates anywhere in the United States or India.
