Job Description

Site Reliability Engineer Durham, NC/Merrimack, NH/Salt Lake City, UT, Westlake, TX? (Hybrid - 1 week onsite per month)
6 months 
W2 Minimum pay rate : $60
The Expertise We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing technology environment stability and availability.
  • Proven experience working with IVR, VoIP and Call Center technologies (on-prem or cloud)
  • Proven experience working with Session Border Controllers and Network Monitoring Systems (Netscout, Riverbed, Solarwinds etc)
  • Knowledge of basic networking (main protocols, routing, firewalls etc.)
  • Knowledge of load balancing concepts
  • Experience with basic Wireshark packet analysis
  • Experience reviewing application log files and debugging problems
  • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana or other real-time server resource metric technologies
  • Experience managing problem resolution and improvements with vendors
  • Knowledge of voice biometric and call recording technologies
  • Experience with enterprise email or chat applications
  • Knowledge of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and principles.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies, delivery projects, and implementation.
  • Experience with search and analytics engines (Splunk, ELK…)
  • Experience with Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems administration
  • Experience with supporting Java and web server applications
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies including SaaS solutions in the cloud (AWS and Azure)
  • Experience with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Docker/Kubernetes and similar)
  • Experience with workflow design, data analysis, and requirements identification/specification
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated technologies
  • Production support experience
  • Proven creative and abstract thinking
