Site Reliability Engineer Durham, NC/Merrimack, NH/Salt Lake City, UT, Westlake, TX? (Hybrid - 1 week onsite per month)
6 months W2 Minimum pay rate : $60
The Expertise We’re Looking For
Experience managing technology environment stability and availability.
Proven experience working with IVR, VoIP and Call Center technologies (on-prem or cloud)
Proven experience working with Session Border Controllers and Network Monitoring Systems (Netscout, Riverbed, Solarwinds etc)
Knowledge of basic networking (main protocols, routing, firewalls etc.)
Knowledge of load balancing concepts
Experience with basic Wireshark packet analysis
Experience reviewing application log files and debugging problems
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana or other real-time server resource metric technologies
Experience managing problem resolution and improvements with vendors
Knowledge of voice biometric and call recording technologies
Experience with enterprise email or chat applications
Knowledge of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and principles.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies, delivery projects, and implementation.
Experience with search and analytics engines (Splunk, ELK…)
Experience with Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems administration
Experience with supporting Java and web server applications
Experience with cloud-based technologies including SaaS solutions in the cloud (AWS and Azure)
Experience with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Docker/Kubernetes and similar)
Experience with workflow design, data analysis, and requirements identification/specification
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated technologies
Production support experience
Proven creative and abstract thinking
