We are offering a contract for an Emerging Technology Data Analyst position with the potential for permanent employment. Based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, this role involves joining our team to generate insights from cloud-based SaaS applications through process mining activities. The position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility and adaptation to any time zone.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing and generating insights from cloud-based SaaS application log data.
Employing creative problem-solving strategies to address loosely defined requirements and deliver top-tier solutions.
Utilizing web analytics tools such as Gainsight and Google Analytics.
Understanding and applying knowledge of cloud-based SaaS software architectures and telemetry data.
Analyzing and explaining complex log files.
Applying data aggregation techniques and managing log data pipelining/ETL processes.
Staying updated with the current state of LLMs and AI technology, including hyperpersonalization.
Using Python or other relevant scripting languages for data manipulation and insights from large data sets.
Fostering a positive working environment and contributing to a positive company culture.
Mining and analyzing company and external datasets to build an understanding of user journeys.
Assessing the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data wrangling techniques.
Developing data extraction and integration modules for batch and incremental data flow from various data sources, including log files and web analytics tools.
Understanding Machine Learning techniques, the data requirements, and the tools and libraries used.
Demonstrating a drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques. Proficiency in Budget Processes to manage and allocate resources effectively
Familiarity with the 'About Time' project management tool
Exceptional Communication Skills for clear and concise articulation of complex data
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and manipulation tasks
Understanding of Cloud Technologies for data storage and retrieval
Ability to produce Video presentations to explain complex data findings
Familiarity with various software Modules and Libraries for data analysis
Creativity for developing innovative approaches to data analysis
Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting complex data sets
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications in data analysis
Proficiency in Google Analytics for web traffic analysis and reporting
Ability to derive Insights from raw data and translate them into actionable strategies
Experience in Preparing Datasets for analysis and reporting
Knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms for data analysis
Ability to identify and utilize relevant Data Sources for comprehensive analysis
Familiarity with the 'Join Me' collaboration tool for team projects
Understanding of Data Flow concepts for efficient data management
Proficiency in Data Manipulation Language (DML) for querying and modifying data
Knowledge of Emerging Technology trends in data analysis
Ability to read and interpret Log Files for troubleshooting and analysis
Experience in Data Extraction techniques for retrieving data from various sources
