A day in the life:

As a Marketing Automation Specialist within the Marketing and Communications team, you will be our Pardot technical expert, utilizing your deep understanding of both Pardot and Salesforce to deploy innovative solutions that enhance our marketing automation, personalization, and lead generating programs. You will monitor and analyze data to drive insights and optimize the performance of our marketing automation initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in recommending and implementing solutions to enhance personalization and automation on Pardot forms, landing pages, and emails, as well as improving prospect engagement and conversion rates. Additionally, you will play a vital role in troubleshooting data synchronization issues between Pardot, Salesforce, and our client portals, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will work to understand their objectives and deliver impactful solutions that drive results. Additional collaboration with Sales Operations and Salesforce Administrators will be essential as you implement new capabilities in Pardot. Furthermore, you will provide marketing support to the Communications team, assisting with collateral production, responding to vendor solicitation calls and correspondence, and contributing to other ad-hoc projects as needed.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes the following:
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation and/or web campaign management.
  • Dedicated hands-on experience with Pardot and Saleforce
  • Experience using website content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Outgoing, creative, and detail-oriented individual with high personal standards and a hands-on work style.
  • Comfortable working at a varying pace, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, adjusting priorities often, and handling frequent interruptions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, quantitative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative within established guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.


These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
  • Experience working with HTML and CSS for creating landing pages, forms, and email templates.
  • Experience in building lead scoring and lead management processes that align Marketing and Sales

The applicable base salary range for this role is $45,900 to $97,900. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
