Work you'll do
As Privileged Access Management (PAM) CyberArk solutions Senior Consultant, you will:
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards.
- Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
- Understand complex business and information technology management processes Execute advanced services and supervise staff in delivering basic services.
- Responsible to install, integrate and deploy CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions .
- Lead and provide technical guidance to team members in PAM engagements
- Perform role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) and train professionals in PAM technologies
- Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation.
- Post-sales requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with the clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
- Contribute to the proposal development process and Request For Proposal (RFP) responses, pricing strategies, engagement letters and Statements of Work.

Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or relevant fields.
- 4+ years of industry experience within IT in developing, implementing, or architecting information systems.
- Must have EPM experience
- Excellent knowledge in PAM ecosystem (technology, standards, implementations, migration, and operations).
- Strong experience in administration, configuration and troubleshooting on CyberArk modules: Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Privileged Session Management Proxy (PSMP), Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA).
- At least 3+ years of experience in following:
- Experience with installation, integration, and deployment using CyberArk PAM solutions.
- Experience with PAM Operational tasks, to include creating and managing safes, platforms, owners, defining access control, policies, user provisioning and entitlements, managing applications credentials, auto upload and user access policy management.
- Identify opportunities and develop scripts to automate engineering tasks leveraging PACLI and REST API.
- Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows Servers, UNIX Servers, Databases, and networking Devices.
- Responsible for Privileged User account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components.
- Develop and customize connectors/plugins to various target applications.
- Test and certify new product versions, bug fix and provide detailed reports.
- Experience with automating local administrator accounts (Windows desktops, and Servers, RHEL, Solarisv10, Solarisv11, IBM AIX, and HP).
- Experience providing continuous operations and maintenance support including patches, releases, upgrades, version updates and security vulnerabilities.
- Scripting experience in PowerShell, RESTful APIs, AutoIT, or PACLI.
- Experience with interpretation and analysis of corporate security standards and baselines along with developing cybersecurity policies.
- Experience with designing technical architecture, use cases, conceptual and logical flow for PAM solutions
- Develop and document standard operating procedures, system architectures, and configuration guidelines.
- Understanding and familiarity with Operating Systems (Unix, Linux, Windows).
- Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Previous Consulting or Big 4 experience preferred.
- Certified CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE).
- Broad knowledge of information system technologies with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- CISSP certification a plus.
