Position Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day operation and technical support of the IFS Cloud ERP platform and associated applications. Work closely with the ERP Solution Architect (IFS) and the Data Architect as well as specific project leaders.
Principal Activities:
  • Support Transformation team in the daily operation of the IFS cloud system, liaising with our support partners to ensure maximum availability of the system to the end user community.
  • Oversee the installation, implementation and testing of software upgrades.
  • Assist with the implementation of new features, system improvements and additional interfaces.
  • Work closely with partners to resolve issues that cannot be resolved in-house.
  • Administration of IFS security roles and the allocation of roles to end users.
  • Management and support of the interfaces between IFS and other applications.
  • Develop reports & external documents using various reporting tools: Crystal reports, Quick reports, IFS Report Designer Builder and Microsoft Power BI Tools.
  • Customization of IFS screen displays, lobbies, dashboards and KPIs.
  • Implementation of common standards and branding across the IFS modules.
  • Provide technical support to the user base and management team.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and testing.
  • Assist the IT Service Desk in supporting IFS users during transformation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Competent in the administration of systems security and user security roles and profiles.
  • Competent in the use of Crystal Reports, PL/SQL, and Power BI.
  • Can demonstrate a good understanding of how an ERP system supports business processes.
  • Good understanding of server and network infrastructure.
  • Ability to plan and manage own workloads.
  • Clear and concise communication, verbally and with the use of email.
  • Ability to prioritize in a time pressured environment and manage personal deadlines.
  • Is self-motivated, innovative and capable of working generally unsupervised to challenging deadlines.
  • Strong levels of general IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture.

Experience & Education:
  • A minimum of 3 years in an ERP technical support or ERP systems administrator role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • A minimum of 2 experience years supporting an IFS System.
  • Previous experience of overseeing software updates to an ERP system.
  • ** May require international travel up to 10%
