Job Description-

This role is responsible for delivering a successful WMS rollout that aligns with operational goals for warehouse implementations. The position serves as the primary SME for Supply Chain operations, system development, training, and change management.

Core Requirements:

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint) and/or G Suite
  • Experience using or implementing modern cloud-based WMS platforms (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Dematic / ASRS Integration Responsibilities:

  • Configure, integrate, and validate Dematic software within ASRS and automated material-handling environments
  • Partner with mechanical, controls, and software engineering teams to design solutions for customer-specific automation needs
  • Execute system installation, commissioning, and performance testing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and throughput optimization
  • Develop and maintain documentation (design specifications, integration diagrams, test plans, user procedures)
  • Analyze system performance and troubleshoot integration issues, identifying root causes and corrective actions
  • Engage with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with best practices
  • Support integration of legacy systems with new warehouse execution components to maintain seamless system communication
