IRM ServiceNow Tester (UAT Specialist)

Job Title: IRM ServiceNow Tester (UAT Specialist)
Location: Phoenix AZ(Hybrid)

Job Requirement:

QA/UAT experience in enterprise platforms, with focus on ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.

Solid understanding of IRM processes policy, risk, controls, compliance, audit, and vendor risk.

Proficient in ServiceNow navigation, forms, workflows, and data validation.

Skilled in manual test design and execution; exposure to automation is a plus.

Familiar with Agile and DevOps methodologies and tools like JIRA or ServiceNow Test Management.

Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills for effective UAT coordination and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow CSA or CIS Risk & Compliance certification.

Experience in regulated domains such as banking, financial services, or insurance.

Exposure to integration testing with GRC or risk platforms (e.g., Archer, SAP GRC, Qualys).
