Our client, a retail leader, is searching for a senior HR IT Analyst to join their team to analyze their HR systems This role will be Kronos-heavy and utilize modules such as Time Keeping, Labor Management, Leave of Absence, Labor Scheduling, Time and Attendance, and ADP interfaces.
This is a direct hire position offering up to 130k. This role is eligible for a bonus, relocation assistance, and a strong benefits package. This role is hybrid and requires 2-3 days a week onsite in Nashville.
Our Ideal Candidate Has
- 5+ years of experience supporting HRIS applications
- Experience in SDLC (Software development lifecycle), and ADP interfaces
- Advanced Kronos-specific expertise and ability to configure all modules (labor management, leave of absence, labor scheduling, time and attendance, ADP)
- Workforce Central experience
- Knowledge of Linux, Unix systems, as well as the ability to write SQL queries.
