Position: NOC advisor
Location: Remote

Description:
Candidate must be from Financial / Banking background mostly, with excellent Financial clients.
Job Description:
Guide and oversee the setup of the NOC group, including defining organizational structure, team roles, and reporting lines.
Work closely with HHS Network Operations leadership teams.
Collaborate with network teams to design and implement the physical and virtual infrastructure required for the NOC, such as workstations, monitoring tools, and security protocols.
Establish formal NOC processes for incident management, escalation, troubleshooting, change management, and service request handling.
Assist with configuring monitoring tools, set up alert thresholds, and define notification procedures to ensure timely response to network events and outages.
Develop comprehensive guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for NOC operations, including documentation standards and compliance requirements.
Act as a liaison between the NOC, enterprise network operations, IT departments, and other business units to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Lead post-incident reviews, ensure root cause analysis is performed, and oversee the creation of incident reports for management and stakeholders.
Work closely with the enterprise network operations team to define the vision, scope, and objectives for the NOC.
Lead incident reviews, support root cause analysis, and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future operations.
Maintain compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements in all NOC activities.
