PPE Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a PPE Business Analyst in San Diego, CA.

Duties Include:
* Integration Management: Lead the integration of the PPE with LOS and/or POS systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
* Workflow Analysis: Analyze and document workflows related to product setup, loan scenario searches, locking, and pricing setup
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including capital markets, originations, and IT teams, to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation
* Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement
* Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate the integration and functionality of the PPE with LOS/POS systems
* Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for workflows, integration processes, and system configurations
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the integrated systems and workflows

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
* Minimum of 5-12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the mortgage/loan industry
* 2-4+ Proven experience integrating a mortgage Product and Pricing Engine (PPE) with a Loan Origination System (LOS) and/or Point of Sale (POS) system
* Strong understanding of capital markets and originations
* Proficiency in data analysis and workflow documentation
* Experience with system integration and testing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:
* Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
* Experience with specific PPE and LOS/POS systems used in the mortgage industry
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the mortgage/loan sector

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
