SAP Project Systems (PS) and Investment Management (IM) Specialist

Requirements:

We are looking for an SAP Project Systems (PS) and Investment Management (IM) Specialist to join our project management and finance team. The SAP PS&IM Specialist will be responsible for designing, configuring, and managing SAP PS and IM solutions to ensure effective project management and investment tracking. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing project planning, and managing investments to support our organization's goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain SAP Project Systems (PS) and Investment Management (IM) solutions to support project planning, tracking, and investment management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather project management and investment requirements and translate them into SAP PS&IM functionalities.
  • Perform system configurations, enhancements, and customizations to align with evolving project and investment needs while adhering to SAP best practices.
  • Ensure accurate project budgeting, cost tracking, and investment monitoring through SAP PS&IM.
  • Develop training materials and provide end-user training to promote the effective utilization of SAP PS&IM functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PS&IM-related issues, ensuring seamless project management and investment processes.
  • Stay informed about industry-specific project management and investment management best practices and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with SAP support teams and vendors to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
  • Participate in SAP PS&IM projects and initiatives to enhance project and investment efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in SAP PS&IM implementation, configuration, or support is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP Finance) is advantageous.
