We are looking for a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will play a pivotal role in building and shaping a new Digital Systems Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the implementation, integration, and optimization of laboratory and manufacturing digital systems, supporting client's mission of advancing pharmaceutical innovation through technology.

The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader, providing strategic insight, hands-on expertise, and mentorship to both existing and emerging team members. You will collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Manufacturing, Quality, and Laboratory teams to deliver digital solutions that drive operational efficiency, compliance, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and provide subject matter expertise for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of digital laboratory and manufacturing systems.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of digital system strategies with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assess requirements, design solutions, and execute system enhancements.
  • Oversee integration of digital platforms such as MODA, LACE, Empower, NuGenesis, and LabVantage to ensure seamless data flow and optimized performance.
  • Support system validation activities and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
  • Participate in defining long-term digital strategies and standards to enhance system interoperability and scalability.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in one or more of the following digital platforms: MODA, LACE, Empower, NuGenesis, and/or LabVantage.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting, implementing, or integrating digital laboratory and/or manufacturing systems in a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory informatics, data management, and GxP compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and organizational levels.
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading technical teams is highly desirable.
