Job DescriptionTEKsystems is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Data Entry Specialist to support an ongoing inventory and asset tracking project. This on site position will focus on accurately entering large volumes of equipment data-including serial numbers, purchasing information, and various document sets-into internal databases and a specialized web based interface. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with multiple file types, identifying duplicate records, and ensuring clean, consistent, and reliable data throughout the project.
This role will work closely with a small, dedicated team that has already begun cataloging significant portions of the inventory but requires additional support to complete the project efficiently. Responsibilities will include updating and maintaining inventory databases, organizing incoming information, supporting data cleanup activities, and performing quality checks for accuracy and completeness. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, and experience with work order systems or facility operations software is highly beneficial.
This is a full time, on site position may have the potential to transition into a permanent role. The selected candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, comfort with computer based workflows, and the ability to quickly become familiar with internal systems.

- The existing team only has 2 members and they do not have the bandwidth to take on this work
Ideal Experience- Manual data entry experience
- Understanding of how facility/operations departments work
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
