JOB TITLE: Lead System Engineering

REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker

JOB LOCATION: 400 North Point Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30004 [Hybrid Position]

Lead System Engineering needed by AT&T Services, Inc. in Alpharetta, GA [Hybrid Position] to work with product managers/owners to translate business requirements into technical designs. Work with enterprise architects and integration architects to create an end-to-end solution involving Salesforce and other third-party applications. Work with scrum teams to ensure best coding practices, scalability, and other non-functional aspects are implemented. Help scrum teams in merge conflicts and pull request approvals. Document the designs and present them in architecture forums for approvals. Work with Data Model Design, Data Migration Approach, and Data Lifecycle Management including inflow, residency, archival, and working with product team. Be part of code reviews for non-functional area governance including maintainability and performance. Work on security including User Role, Profile definitions, SSO requirements ownership, and work with product team to promote a secure salesforce environment. Work on security administration including working with CSO team to audit production and remediate risks. Interact with multiple application owners, review architecture flows with team, and build design documents and review sessions. Apply knowledge in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visual Force, Aura Components, and LWC. Extend and provide platform solutions for sales cloud, service cloud, data cloud. Apply knowledge with multiple Salesforce implementations for a large client. Utilize integration technologies, API Gateway, Mobile, and ios technology stack. Apply experience in software development and web technologies. Utilize Apex Language, Apex Trigger, Apex Scheduler, Batch Apex, Salesforce Automation, Apex Class & Apex Web Service. Utilize Outbound Messages, Workflow & Approvals, Field updates, Reports, Custom Objects, Custom settings, Custom labels and Tabs, Email Services, Role Hierarchy, Dashboards, Security Controls, AppExchange Package & Custom Application and Sandbox data loading and Visualforce (Page, Component & Controllers). Utilize Excel Connector, REST and SOAP API, Partner WSDL & Enterprise WSDL, Force.com Apex Explorer, AJAX tool kit, Force.com Migration Tool, SOQL, SOSL, AutoRabit, Marketo, Bugzilla, SQL Query Analyzer, Adobe Photoshop. Utilize MS Office, Visio 5.0, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Apex, Ajax, C++, Java, Javascript, UML, HTML, XML, SAS, SQL, MS SQL Server 2000/7.0 and MySQL, MS Access, Eclipse, My Eclipse and Force.com Eclipse IDE plug-in. Work within scaled agile development team. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the architect team by contributing to the best practices, design patterns, and other forms of market eminence. Manage the design of technical flow based on industry specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility and scalability for business. Implement the best practices such as Enterprise Application, Integration Practices, and Apex Design. Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Applied Computer Science and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation interacting with multiple application owners, reviewing architecture flows with team, and building design documents and review sessions; applying knowledge in technical leadership roles; applying knowledge in Salesforce technologies
