Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Engineer - Team Lead in Boca Raton, FL.

* Provide technical development leadership in designing, developing, and maintaining the Salesforce ecosystems, aligned with Architecture and implementation best practices; This includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing and Field Services
* Performs as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent
* Understand and consistently apply current application development methodology attributes and processes
* Collaborate, define, and maintain effective and efficient development processes, including but not limited to coding standards, design philosophy, testing methodology, usage of design patterns, UI standards, development and coding tools and procedures
* Ensure new enhancement requests are groomed and all scenarios are called out and clarified before story is picked for development
* Develops optimal solutions keeping the user needs, system performance, maintainability, and scalability in mind
* In-depth review of development done by peers and provides effective feedback
* Write scenario-based test classes to help automated testing of the code developed
* Provide timely assistance to production support team
* Participate in the estimation, scope, and completion of new development requests
* Assist in training of new users and grow the skill set across the organization
* Effectively act as the liaison between users and the application development teams
* Ensure every development task is properly documented using design documents and flows diagrams
* Work with cross-functional teams to identify technology modifications that will impact business processes

* Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience
* 5-7 years of Object-Oriented software development experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience developing on Sales and Service Clouds
* 5 years of experience developing in the APEX language including Classes and Triggers
* 5 years of experience doing front end development using
* 5 years of experience performing deployments from Sandbox environments all the way to Production
* Experienced in optimizing queries by making proper use of indexes and skinny tables
* Demonstrates extensive knowledge of the principles, concepts and theories in own discipline, and broad knowledge of principles and concepts of other functions
* Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to support and build custom apps
* Strong understanding of best practices and functionality
* Has excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude
* Is a great team player and proactively offers help or guidance to peers
* Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
* Must demonstrate very good verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to design and implement new processes
* Demonstrates ability to follow defined processes, meet deadlines, handle, and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
* Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
* Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
* Preferred experience in leading design and solutions with Architecture for Salesforce implementations
* Preferred Copado experience
* Preferred salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
