Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Engineer with CompTIA certification to design, test, and maintain computer hardware systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer architecture, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting, ensuring reliable performance across all physical computing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain computer hardware components such as servers, desktops, laptops, routers, and storage devices.
• Perform hardware installation, configuration, and upgrades to support operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and peripheral issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with software, network, and systems engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
• Monitor system performance and recommend hardware improvements or replacements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of hardware configurations, repairs, and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support inventory management of IT assets, including procurement and lifecycle tracking.
• Provide technical support to end-users and internal teams as needed.
• Stay updated on emerging hardware technologies and best practices in the IT industry.

Required Qualifications

CompTIA certification required

Strong knowledge of:

• PC and server hardware components
• Networking hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
• BIOS and firmware configuration
• Diagnostic tools and system imaging software
• Familiarity with Windows operating environments.
• Solid understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
