firstPRO is seeking an accomplished Digital Production Manager to oversee operations in our cutting-edge digital creator studio and broadcasting room. Fully equipped with the latest sound boards, cameras, and lighting, our facility is designed to produce top-quality content. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can hit the ground running and drive our digital production to new heights.
Position Summary:
The Digital Production Manager will take charge of all studio operations, ensuring seamless execution of live streaming events, podcasts, interviews, and other digital content. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in similar roles, demonstrating proficiency in managing both people and technology to deliver superior results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring all audio-visual equipment is maintained and functioning at peak performance
- Manage and execute live streaming events, podcasts, and interviews, from setup to post-production
- Lead a team of four specialized technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Work closely with the visuals and editing team to maintain high production standards and deliver exceptional content
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with audio-visual equipment and software, ensuring uninterrupted operations
- Plan and coordinate recording sessions, working with internal stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines
- Implement and manage networking solutions to support seamless live streaming and recording, integrating IT infrastructure with studio operations
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices into studio operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in digital production management or a similar role, with proven leadership experience
- Expertise in live streaming, broadcast operations, and digital content production
- Proficiency with audio-visual equipment, including sound boards, cameras, and lighting systems
- Solid understanding of networking and IT infrastructure as it relates to digital broadcasting
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of guiding teams to success
- Willingness to work flexible hours, with on-site presence required for recording sessions and live broadcasts
