Title: DataOps Engineer (Reliability)
Location: Remote (PST/MST preferred Sunnyvale, CA)

Position: DataOps Engineer (Analytics & Workflows)
Summary:
Seeking a DataOps/Analytics Engineer to support self-service analytics, Snowflake data modeling, and AI-assisted workflows. Candidate will help business teams transition from Excel to Snowflake/Tableau and build scalable data solutions.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years Snowflake (data models, secure views, data shares, masking policies)
- Tableau data modeling
- Experience exposing Snowflake data to business users
- AI/LLM-assisted analytics (GPT-driven SQL, BI copilots, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and user training skills
- Experience enabling self-service BI workflows
Responsibilities:
- Build datasets and semantic layers for self-service analytics
- Develop Snowflake + Tableau workflows to reduce Excel usage
- Integrate AI-assisted tools for reporting and data exploration
- Work with business teams to improve existing processes
- Provide training, documentation, and support for user adoption
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor s in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in analytics engineering or BI development
- Experience helping teams migrate to self-service BI environments
- Ability to experiment with AI tools while ensuring governance
