IT Consulting- Inside Sales Manager (4-6 years of experience)

Job Description:

  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Drive sales efforts, including generating leads.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

Note: This role requires working night shifts in USA CST time. The position is based in our office in Chennai.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
  • 4-6 years of sales experience in Technology, Professional Services, SAAS, or a similar field.
  • Experienced with Inbound and Outbound B2B Sales.
  • Experienced with Account Management.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quotas.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Self-motivated and resilient in handling sales rejections.
  • Ability to utilize ChatGPT or other AI tools.
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
