Role: ERP Integration Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid Downtown Houston, TX 77010 (3 days onsite in week)

Duration: 12+ month

Key notes: Any Oracle and Salesforce knowledge a plus.


Job Description:
This project involves the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP, focusing on B2B integrations with banks and A2A integrations within client application landscape using MuleSoft. The role requires strong financial acumen and technical expertise to support the ERP implementation team.

Responsibilities:
Manage the integration of financial systems with various banking platforms
Lead the integration of document management and warehouse applications with ERP and MuleSoft
Analyze financial data and transactional information for process improvement
Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes
Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrated systems
Investigate and resolve issues related to applications and bank integrations
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security standards
Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors for smooth integrations
Provide training and support to finance and operations teams

Mandatory Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a B2B or e-commerce environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of B2B integration tools and platforms
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Understanding of finance, order processing systems, and supply chain processes

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with EDI and API integration
Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP
Experience with document management applications like OnBase
Experience with middleware applications like MuleSoft
Familiarity with pipe, valve, and fitting products or the industrial distribution industry
