Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2 4 years of experience to support requirement gathering, process analysis, and coordination between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong documentation skills, an understanding of Agile practices, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business/functional requirements.
Create user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with Product, Development, and QA teams.
Support Agile ceremonies, UAT, and release activities.
Analyze data and prepare reports for decision-making.

Required Skills:

2 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Strong communication and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

Basic SQL or data analysis skills.
Domain experience in finance, healthcare, or technology.
