SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget
  • Be a hands-on expert in data migration process for SuccessFactors modules
  • Utilize and apply best data migration practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture
  • Lead data migration workshops with the client.
  • Extensive Knowledge in Data Reconciliation / Validation experience
  • Ability to understand and own Global HCM / SuccessFactors Data Migration Approach and prepare data project plan.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of SAP experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Data Lead
  • Good knowledge and experience of Data Migration in the area of Employee Central, PM/GM, Compensation, etc.
  • 3 - 5 SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration project experience
  • Strong data experience i. e. data mapping, modelling, analysis, overall management and migration
  • Experience of being responsible for the Data work stream in a global HRIS implementation
  • environment
  • Support employee data conversion / Migration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work.
