Position: Fintech Implementation Specialist


Duration: 6+ months

Job Summary: The Fintech Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in deploying solutions to our diverse clientele. He will be the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring that EY solutions are tailored to meet their unique business needs and that the transition to platforms is seamless and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation process of FiTek solutions for clients, from initial assessment to final sign-off.

Engage with clients to gather detailed requirements and translate these into functional specifications for FiTek platforms.

Configure and customize FiTek software to align with client business processes and objectives.

Facilitate training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure competent use of the FiTek system.

Provide expert advice and support to clients during the implementation, addressing any technical challenges or business concerns.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.

Document all implementation activities and ensure that best practices are followed and maintained.

Keep abreast of the latest FiTek updates, releases, and industry trends to provide strategic insights to clients and internal teams.

Manage project timelines, resources, and risks effectively, ensuring that implementations are completed within agreed parameters.


Minimum of 3 years of experience in fintech implementation, with a strong preference for candidates with direct FiTek platform experience.

Demonstrated understanding of financial services and technology, including payment processing, accounting, and reporting systems.

Solid project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and provide practical solutions.

Proficiency in software integration, data migration, and system configuration.

Ability to travel as needed to support client implementations.
