Role Overview:
We re seeking an experienced CRM Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) to lead implementation and integration projects involving Genesys Cloud CX and enterprise telephony systems. The role requires hands-on technical configuration, system integration, and business alignment to enhance customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) configuration, customization, and integration with Genesys Cloud CX.
Work with business and technical teams to deliver CRM and contact center solutions.
Design workflows, workspaces, automation rules, and service queues in OSC.
Oversee telephony integration (SIP, IVR, routing) with Genesys Cloud.
Support data synchronization between OSC, ERP, and reporting systems.
Mentor client teams and ensure compliance with data privacy/security standards.
Required Skills:
5+ years in CRM leadership or consulting with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow).
Strong understanding of customer service and contact center operations.
Experience integrating Genesys Cloud CX and telephony systems.
Familiarity with JavaScript / PHP scripting, MuleSoft, or Oracle Integration Cloud.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Preferred Certifications: Oracle B2C Service Certified, Genesys Cloud Certified Professional.
