Description
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Manufacturing and Lab IT Support Specialist in Branchburg, NJ manufacturing site. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems within both laboratory and manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on compliance, reliability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide hands-on support for Windows OS and related hardware/software issues to minimize downtime in lab and manufacturing operations.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing IT-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • GxP Compliance: Support the deployment and maintenance of GxP-compliant systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Create and deliver clear, concise presentations to communicate technical updates and project progress to diverse audiences.
  • Network Collaboration: Work closely with IT infrastructure teams to support and maintain robust network architectures.
  • IT/OT Integration: Apply knowledge of the Purdue Model to bridge IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems, enhancing system interoperability and security.
  • OT System Support: Maintain and troubleshoot OT systems to ensure continuous operation of manufacturing automation technologies.
  • Data Visualization & Tools: Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI and develop applications with PowerApps to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Foundational understanding of network architecture and IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with the Purdue Model and its application in industrial environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially with Windows OS.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Power BI and PowerApps is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
