Join a dynamic team managing analytics for a major games group with a large, active player base. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the core data infrastructure, including pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models. This role supports internal game development by transforming raw telemetry and gameplay features into actionable data artifacts, directly impacting product decisions and the success of a profitable ad-revenue business.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (analytics director, designers, engineers) to define data requirements and implement necessary pipelines, data models, and visualizations.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain all logical and physical data pipelines, storage, and semantic artifacts.
• Modify and expand existing data processes to meet evolving business requirements.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by testing and correcting errors in programs or databases.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis and contribute to basic data visualization efforts (Power BI).

5-7 years of experience in data engineering.

Expertise with pyspark, SQL, and the Azure Data Stack (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Storage, Fabric).

Demonstrated experience with data lake patterns (e.g., medallion architecture) and transforming raw telemetry into conformed data models.

Proven ability to translate business needs into technical analytics artifacts.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
