Job Description
Title: Business Analyst/ Data analyst
Duration: 6 Months with possible extension
Location: Milwaukee, WI ( Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)- will consider full remote too.
Needs to have advanced Excel / data cleansing and mining skills.
The work will be primarily doing telecom asset management support.
This will involve:
1) Coordinating and executing smartphone upgrades with various business units
a. Placing orders with service providers
b. Scheduling the timing of rollouts with technical contacts at each service center and IT teams
c. Resolving incidents with phone setup and activation (M-F, workday hours only)
i. Should be smart phone savvy
2) Processing orders for phone, MiFi, aircard, routers, etc.
3) Cleaning up our asset inventory in Calero which is our system of record and invoicing service
4) Assisting with our Telecom Asset Management project as requested (process improvements, documentation, training materials, etc.)
