Technical Program Manager, Cybersecurity Compliance (Remote)

We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cybersecurity and compliance initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role will coordinate multiple engineering teams, track compliance workstreams, and ensure accountability across ongoing security programs. You'll serve as the Scrum Master, driving Agile delivery, sprint planning, and data-driven reporting to support organizational readiness and compliance.

• Facilitate daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint planning for engineering teams
• Track compliance initiatives, remediation efforts, and backlog progress using Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Maintain and analyze dashboards and metrics through Power BI and Data Explorer
• Develop clear documentation and reporting for leadership and compliance reviews
• Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve security and compliance practices

10+ years of experience in program or project management within technical or cybersecurity domains

Expertise in Azure DevOps Agile tracking, Power BI reporting, and Data Explorer

Proven ability to manage and prioritize compliance and security backlogs

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Solid understanding of frameworks such as NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, or similar standards

Ability to translate compliance requirements into actionable engineering tasks
