We are seeking a Data Analyst to support a short-term project focused on system data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and verification tasks within various systems, including SolarWinds, ServiceNow, and Cisco platforms.
- Accurately apply naming conventions, location codes, and configuration details following established standards.
- Manage and update entries within GMS (Global Management System) and related databases, involving extensive clicking, cross-referencing, and selection from dropdown lists.
- Ensure high levels of data integrity and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical leads and program managers to clarify data discrepancies and confirm correct values.
- Handle sensitive operational data with discretion and reliability.
- Proactively communicate with team members and escalate issues as needed.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in data entry, administrative support, or IT operations.
- Proven ability to work with large volumes of repetitive data accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with technical systems or enterprise platforms (such as ServiceNow, SolarWinds, or Cisco) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask questions when clarification is needed.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy—capable of handling operational system access responsibly.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Initial 1–2 weeks onsite for training and shadowing.
- Transition to hybrid schedule (Tues–Thurs onsite) thereafter.
- Collaborative, hands-on environment where initiative and accountability are valued.
