Job Details

Job Title - Sr. Technical Lead - Oracle Documaker to SmartCOMM Migration
Location - Remote (Preferably EST and CST Time zone)
Duration - 12+ Months

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the migration of document generation workflows from Documaker to SmartCOMM.
  • Maintain user experience consistency and ensure SmartCOMM-native forms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and perform POC for migration tooling.
  • Configure and manage document templates, rules, and integration points.
  • Provide production support for both Documaker and SmartCOMM environments.
  • Generate and maintain daily reports, including error remediation.

Required Skills

  • Documaker Expertise: Hands-on experience with Oracle Documaker Studio, Administrator, Server, and Workstation.
  • SmartCOMM Knowledge: Familiarity with SmartCOMM configuration and integration.
  • Technical Skills:
    • DAL scripting, XML, XSLT
    • SQL, PL/SQL
    • Shell/Bash scripting (Linux environment)
    • Java and C for report maintenance
  • Integration Experience: SOAP/REST APIs, batch processes, middleware tools.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead small teams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other CCM platforms (Client/OpenText Exstream).
  • Strong understanding of CCM/Docgen principles and system integration.
  • Prior experience in error reporting and remediation processes.
