Job Details

Project Manager 3 / Senior Scrum Master
Lansing, MI Hybrid (2 days onsite weekly)
Local candidates only (within 2 hrs) | Onsite interview required

Must Have Skills
7+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile SDLC environments
Experience working with State Government or Public Sector programs (preferred DTMB / MDHHS or similar)
Proven background supporting enterprise financial / debt management or collections systems
Strong scaling experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Cross-team leadership with Engineering, QA, Product, Compliance & Operations
Azure DevOps / Jira / Rally experience
Experience supporting API/data-centric & cloud-first delivery (Azure/AWS)

Preferred
SAFe / CSM / PSM certifications
Experience with debt collection/payment workflows
Contribution to Agile CoE
