Contract to Hire, Remote Opportunity
Our healthcare client located in Boston MA is looking for a subject matter expert with hands-on experience using Enterprise Health software to spearhead the implementation of this critical system and transition into a full-time role managing the platform post go-live. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an initial 3-6 month contract period before converting to a permanent FTE position. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical lead for system administration, configuration, maintenance, reporting, security, and performance optimization while collaborating closely with integration developers and internal project teams.

Requirements
- Proven experience administering and configuring Enterprise Health software
- Subject matter expertise in occupational health systems implementation and management
- Strong background in system administration including configuration, maintenance, reporting, security, and performance monitoring
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lead system implementation projects and serve as technical point of contact
- Experience collaborating with integration developers and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to travel onsite occasionally as needed (rare)
