Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network / Unified Communications (UC) Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade voice and UC solutions. This role requires deep expertise in voice protocols, Linux systems, and scalable network architecture design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement new UC solutions based on evolving business requirements

• Provide architectural guidance for system and network components

• Analyze infrastructure utilization and recommend scalable improvements

• Troubleshoot and deploy voice applications including call center platforms and virtual agents

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve systemic issues

• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of UC platforms

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience in Network / UC architecture

• Strong expertise in voice protocols: SIP, RTP, SDP, TLS

• Experience deploying and troubleshooting call center platforms

• Experience with virtual agents and voice applications

• Strong Linux administration experience

• Deep understanding of enterprise networking and voice infrastructure

• Experience with scalable architecture design and infrastructure optimization

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based UC solutions

• Knowledge of load balancing and high-availability configurations

• Experience integrating voice systems with enterprise applications
